Nissan e-NV200 Rapid-Charging Electric Vans now available to lease

Nissan env200 electric vanFleetdrive are pleased to announce that the new Nissan e-NV200 Acenta Rapid rapid-charging electric van is now available to order from £299+vat a month for a 48 month (3+47 payments) leasing option.

Based on the NV200 – voted International Van of the Year 2010 – and using a similar drivetrain to the LEAF, the e-NV200 is offered in both panel van and five-seat combi form with two trim levels and is said to deliver exceptional running cost savings over a conventional diesel van.

Both models qualify for the Government grant – up to £8,000 Plug In Van Grant (PiVG) for the panel van, and up to £5,000 Plug In Car Grant (PiCG) for the five-seater combi.

According to Nissan, the e-NV200 offers class-leading running costs of 2p per mile along with reduced maintenance costs based on servicing, parts and wear and tear. In addition, those that opt for the all-electric e-NV200 will pay no road tax and will be exempt from the London Congestion Charge.

The Acenta Rapid model comes with a full metal partition with window, two-speaker CD/FM audio system with MP3/iPod compatibility, rear view camera, front power windows, two side sliding doors and French back doors with panel. There is also an Acenta Rapid Plus model with fast Charging (6.6kW on-board).

Moving up to the Tekna Rapid trim adds in cruise control, a safety pack, full airbag pack and multifunctional steering wheel among other features and there’s also a Tekna Rapid Plus model with fast charging.

For the Combi, the Acenta entry-level trim includes cruise control, driver adjustable speed limiter, two speaker CD/FM audio system with MP3/iPod compatibility, rear view camera, air conditioning and TPMS (Tyre pressure monitoring system) along with two side sliding doors, back door with tailgate, and second row bench with folding feature. There’s also an Acenta Rapid Plus with both rapid charging and fast charging.

The Tekna Rapid builds on this with features including cruise control, safety pack, French back doors with panel, multifunctional steering wheel and 15-inch alloys. There’s also a Tekna Rapid Plus model offering fast charging.
