Delivery Policy

Contract hire cars and vans

We deliver FOC to all UK mainland addresses. Lead times may be subject to alteration by the manufacturer for which we cannot take responsibility however we do aim to ensure all updates are passed to customers in a timely manner.

Daily rental

For most popular groups this is 2hours to any mainland UK destination. deliveries are chargable and we pass on the charge made to us - please ask for details at time of booking.

Refund and returns policy

We are tied to the motor manufacturers policies when it comes to returns and refunds due to vehicle quality etc. Any late deliveries for daily rental are FOC for the first day.

Cancellation policy

We charge a cancellation charge of 3 months rental for all contract hire and long term lease vehciles AND whatever charges we may incur from the vehicle supplier
